What happens if my flight or train is delayed?

Our service includes flight and train tracking via mobile applications, so, in the event of a delay, your driver will be notified and will wait for you at no extra charge.

What happens if I am late?

We offer a free 15-minute wait after the scheduled pick-up time. After this time, additional charges may apply.

What services are included on board?

Our vehicles are equipped with bottled water, sweets, iPhone & Android chargers, tourist brochures and Wi-Fi. Car seats or booster seats can be provided on request

How can I pay for the fare?

You can pay the driver directly at the end of your journey by cash, credit card, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I book a car seat or booster seat?

Yes, we can provide a car seat or booster seat on request. Please state this when booking.

Do you offer Wi-Fi on board?
